Getting up in front of Marc Randolph, Co-Founder of Netflix, was far from easy. In five minutes, I had to sell him on my product and prove myself as a motivated entrepreneur. I had to show him I believed in the problem and the solution; all while trying to tame the butterflies in my stomach.
If I had to describe Mr. Randolph in one word, it would be HUMBLE.
With Netflix being one of the top streaming platforms ever invented, Marc Randolph knowns a thing or two about starting at the bottom and working from the heart. He knows what is takes to succeed and he believes that being truthful may hurt now but is only going to benefit you in the long run.
With that being said, you could only imagine how honest, straightforward, and blunt he was. He was not afraid to tell you exactly what he was thinking or cut you off in the middle your pitch to ask a question.

Aside from business, Marc Randolph was extremely down to earth. He gave praise when deserved and was always willing to share useful advice.
